Return Window
- Standard Items: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday Gifts: Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 15.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they’re defective or damaged.
- For exchanges, contact us at support@shopthewillowhouse.com with your order number and details.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
